  • Totals and per-serving breakdown update live as ingredients are added or removed
  • Serving count adjustable from 1 upward; per-serving values recalculate instantly
  • JSON export includes recipe name, all ingredients, total and per-serving nutrition, and timestamp

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this tool look up nutritional data automatically?
No. You enter the nutritional values for each ingredient manually. This gives you full control and accuracy when working from packaging labels or USDA data, but it does mean you need to know (or look up) the macros for each ingredient.
How should I handle ingredients measured by volume (cups, tablespoons)?
Select the appropriate volume unit and enter the nutritional values that correspond to that volume amount. The calculator does not convert between weight and volume—it treats each ingredient’s macros as absolute values for the quantity you specified.
