About Meeting Time Finder

Find overlapping working hours for distributed teams across time zones. Add participants with their timezone and custom working hours (e.g., 09:00–17:00), and the tool scans every 30-minute slot in the selected date, scoring each by how many participants fall within their working hours. Results are ranked by score, with color-coded indicators showing optimal (green), acceptable (yellow), and poor (red) slots.

  • 12 pre-configured timezones covering US, Europe, Asia, and Australia
  • Custom working hours per participant (not locked to 9–5)
  • 30-minute granularity across all 48 daily slots
  • Top 10 slots ranked by participant availability score
  • Per-participant local time display with working-hours/off-hours highlighting
  • Export results as JSON for team sharing

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I add timezones not in the preset list?
The tool currently offers 12 major timezones. Custom IANA timezone strings are not supported in the dropdown, so pick the closest offset match.
Does it account for daylight saving time changes?
Yes. Time zone offsets are calculated using the Intl.DateTimeFormat API, which reflects current DST rules for each zone. If one participant is in a zone observing DST and another is not, the overlap calculation adjusts automatically.
