About Meeting Time Finder
Find overlapping working hours for distributed teams across time zones. Add participants with their timezone and custom working hours (e.g., 09:00–17:00), and the tool scans every 30-minute slot in the selected date, scoring each by how many participants fall within their working hours. Results are ranked by score, with color-coded indicators showing optimal (green), acceptable (yellow), and poor (red) slots.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I add timezones not in the preset list?
- The tool currently offers 12 major timezones. Custom IANA timezone strings are not supported in the dropdown, so pick the closest offset match.
- Does it account for daylight saving time changes?
- Yes. Time zone offsets are calculated using the Intl.DateTimeFormat API, which reflects current DST rules for each zone. If one participant is in a zone observing DST and another is not, the overlap calculation adjusts automatically.
